My outreach work involves speaking for schools and public audiences about topics related to astronomy, and also engaging members of the scientific community to make science culture more equitable.

I give public lectures and presentations sometimes! I've spoken at Chicago's Adler Planetarium, at the Cleveland Museum of Natural History,  at NYU, on StarTalk Live! in Seattle Center, at Science on Tapat Pluto Pride Parades (!), at elementary schools, and at cool science cafes.

I've written articles on science policy and navigating science culture for audiences of both junior and senior folks. I've also spoken at the American Association of Physics Teachers and the University of Michigan about values affirmation as a tool for equity.
